Project Overview
During my tenure at Catalyst IT, I was assigned to a project with the Education Review Office (ERO), an organisation responsible for evaluating and reporting on the education and care of children and young people in New Zealand. My role involved providing UI/UX expertise for their feature enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering:Collected requirements and user feedback to suggest UI/UX enhancements.
Facilitating Collaboration: Supported inclusive discussions between clients, testers, and developers to ensure requirements were achievable and roadblocks were removed.
Deliverables Creation: Produced wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
